The Police Athletic League is excited to announce our upcoming Police Commissioner for a Day Essay Contest, open to all High School students in NYC!
This year’s question is, “As Police Commissioner for a day, what would be your number one priority to tackle?” The winner of the contest will receive $500 and spend the day with NYC Police Commissioner, Edward Caban.
Attached you will find a letter from our Executive Director, Carlos Velazquez, a flyer with all the contest details, and a QR code you can post with the flyer. The submission deadline is March 17th.
