Dear Students/Parents/ Guardians/ Principals:
This SBHC Program update is shared to inform you of options that are in place to support your medical needs during the current COVID19 health outbreak.
As you know, your SBHC clinic is closed until further notice.
Should you need medical care, please visit the Morris Heights Health Center clinic that is most convenient. Please see the sites listed on the back of this letter.
If you need to speak with a doctor after business hours or if the clinic is closed.
Please call Morris Heights after hours line at: 718.716.4400
You may also call the School Based Health Center Program after hours line at 844.881.3121, Monday through Friday, after 4:00 pm and on weekends.
