Culinary Students Cater MS 181 Winter Carnival
February 3, 2018 Harry S Truman culinary program catered for M.S. 181winter carnival in which they prepared and served the following menu to 350 guests:
- Beef hot dog and Cheddar Cheese wrapped in pizza dough with sesame seeds
- Salad and Focaccia flat breads
- BBQ pulled pork sliders with cole slaw on kings Hawaiian sweet rolls
- Oven roasted tomato, mozzarella, and herb focaccia
- Entree’s
- Beef Meatballs with marinara sauce
- Chicken Parmesan
- Baked mac n cheese
- Rigatoni ala vodka
- Penne marinara
- Penne with broccoli garlic and oil
- Dessert
- Strawberry Shortcake with chocolate strawberry garnish, strawberry buttercream andmirror glaze
