Culinary Students Attend CCAP Competition
On Saturday February 3, 2018 Chef Brylski led 12 Truman Juniors and seniors into the Careers through the Culinary Arts program (CCAP) culinary preliminary competition at Monroe College in New Rochelle. We were amongst 48 competitors from all around NYC competing for Scholarship money towards college.
